Featured in magazines such as Wine & Spirit and Vive Magazine, our executive chef, Patrick Adams, "enjoys surprising clients with unexpected delights". As a pre-teen he had a knack for cooking up dishes for his mom. At that time he did not realize that it would be a passion that would culminate into a career. Upon his high school graduation, Adams decided to pursue a career as a professional chef. He honed in on his culinary skills by traveling to Instanbul, Greece, China, France, St. Tropez and Morocco to name a few. Because of his creative unparalleled menus coupled with attention to detail; Chef Patrick brings something unique to the table. He is a chef that finds pleasure in having his clients' palate salivate for more.
